We make shipping easy. All orders are subject to a flat rate FedEx Ground shipping charge, with no minimum order required. That means you can shop with confidence, knowing that your shipping costs will be consistent, regardless of the size of your order. FedEx Express delivery is available for an additional charge.

Our order processing and shipping system is designed to get your order(s) to you quickly and efficiently and we are dedicated to providing you the most accurate information so you can stay up to date with your orders delivery progress. Orders received by end of day Tuesday will be shipped the same week. If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please email us at support@ultraskinservices.com immediately.

Damaged or Missing Product
If you discover your order is missing product or if products are damaged, click the button below to submit a Damaged or Missing Product form request. This request must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the order. Please include the invoice number, what items are missing, and/or photos of the damaged products.
Product(s) that are confirmed to be missing and/or damaged will be replaced. We are committed to communicating with you within our above timeline. Please note that response delays may occur depending on weather conditions, federal holidays and/or unforeseeable circumstances.

Reaction
Everyone has different skin, body and health conditions, which may react to an allergen at any given time, any product could cause a negative skin reaction or react differently to various treatments, even natural products. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and click the button below to complete an Ultraceuticals Reaction form.
Ultra Skin Services is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. People with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
In the rare occurrence of a product recall, we will contact you with the product SKU number(s) and provide guidance on how to proceed. Recalled product(s) are to be shipped to 6281 Tri-Ridge Blvd. Suite 140, Loveland, OH 45140.
Unopened product has a shelf life of 3 years. Once a product has been opened, it has a shelf life of 6 months. Ultraceuticals may extend the shelf life of a product based on whether the efficacy of the product is the same as it was at production. Ultraceuticals will test the efficacy by batch number. If you have questions regarding the batch number, please email support@ultraskinservices.com.
